Sol Defender is a free entertainment product provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We may update, change, or discontinue the game or any feature (including the leaderboard) at any time.
Sol Defender is a parody tower-defense game. In-game gold, diamonds, and characters are fictional and have no monetary value, cannot be purchased, sold, or exchanged, and represent no investment, token, or financial product. Nothing in the game is financial advice.
The leaderboard is provided for fun. We may remove entries and refuse display names at our discretion — including names that are offensive, impersonate others, or scores we believe were not achieved through normal play.
Game artwork is original, parodic, meme-inspired pixel art created for entertainment. All third-party names and likenesses referenced by community memes remain the property of their respective owners; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wayak is not liable for any damages arising from use of the game. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop playing (though we hope you won't).
